My husband heard on a talk show while driving across country that in the past there had been a vote put forth to excommunicate pedophiles. He doesn't know anything about the show to try to get further info and neither he nor I can find anything. I figured you based goats might know something and can point us to it, if in fact it happened and wasn't heresy. He's a "recovering Catholic" and I'm just curious as a pizzagate part time researcher.
