is it like one note difference?

It is changing the A4 note from 440hz > 432hz. This changes the entire scale of the music. Every A is doubled when you go up an octave. Or halved going down an octave.

440hz tuning looks like: A3 220hz, A2 110hz, A1 55hz and A0 27.5hz.

432hz tuning looks like: A3 216hz, A2 108hz, A1 54hz and A0 27hz.

This obviously changes all the note frequencies in between and the harmonic spacing as well.

If I remember correctly it's around -38 cent from standard. So a little less then half a note.
