The tweet is bunk, but David Wilcock just released an article claiming that there will soon be disclosure of an advanced civilization that was flash frozen several thousand years ago when the magnetic pole suddenly shifted, causing water to flood and freeze everything in place.
From whistleblower Corey Goode, it's revealed that the long skulls found in many ancient places belong to these people and they were physically very different, possibly extraterrestrial in origin. A manhattan sized city was allegedly found, with plants and many extinct animals as well. Possibly Atlantis or a similarly aged society.
Also note that this pole shift was mentioned in the leaked Podesta emails. They mention it coming in a few decades iirc, i'm at work right now so i can't go search for the emails unfortunately.
