Never tried it myself, but its a VM (virtual machine) designed in such a way as to leave nothing behind once you turn off your computer. Its basically an OS for the most paranoid, and perhaps moderately educated people out there.
Its also 100% defeatable by NSA level tricks, so don't get too crazy. Anything that runs on intel/AMD has hardware level backdoors, that apparently can't be audited by the rest of the machine (by design).
In short, no software can possibly secure a system of hardware that is inherently insecure. That doesn't mean you should try though!
