Ok so I was on Facebook and Wikileaks published this http://imgur.com/QqukIve And a red flag immediately went up in my head for some reason. And I later stumbled upon this https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20161122/10381536112/bill-introduced-to-push-back-approval-dojs-proposed-rule-41-changes.shtml TDRL: DoJ Rule 41 passively changes this Thursday, Dec 1st; Using tools like VPN or anonymizers like Tor could land you on a watch list for exploratory scanning by FBI, And I'm pretty sure the fbi was just using this rule to catch peadophiles very recently (I think). Is wikileaks compromised and is the FBI really out to get us using this new rule?!

As for Rule41 it'll probably just put you on a list of VPN/Tor users. They can't hack everyone who uses it, because almost every bussines firm uses a VPN. Tor on the other hand, well, Tor network is painted as a criminal dark net, but still they can't just go into peoples computers because they use Tor, are they that bored?
