I'm not talking about trump. I'm talking about regular people. the scientologists actually bullied the IRS into declaring them a religion. that's the kindof power litigation can have.
Meanwhile, the IRS kept Tea Party organizations from being able to organize with tax-deductible donations for seven elections before they denied their application. That's the power of litigation. The evil win.
That was not lawsuits. That was the scientologists (Failfox spellcheck wants to auto capitalize scientology... WHAT THE FUCK?!) hacking the IRS database and adding themselves as a religion. The IRS retaliated by deleting them from it but they'd simply hack it back in. Apparently security is a low priority for tax except status.
You can probably find this information all over the net... They're not above killing people and hacking databases to get what they want. Lawsuits are the lower end of what they do.
