The same powers-that-be that prepared a rigged election saw that the investigation into Clinton's crimes would reveal too much. Trump was given the win in order to suppress the attention of the "Shadow Government" that protects Clinton.

I doubt it. If anything it would have been easier to cover with her as president.

I think its unlikely, and the clintons are probably freaking out, trying to decide what to do next.
