He may have been fat, but his doctor had reportedly given a clean bill of health not too long before he died, and he had no previously-existing heart problems.
If it really was an innocent heart attack, why was his body cremated that same day, before a full autopsy could be completed?
I heard that he was cremated... he may have been buried instead, though. But it more or less amounts to the same thing; never gonna get an exhumation order without doing the legwork first, and anyone who gets close will manage to commit suicide by gunshot even though there aren't guns in the house.

Either way, he is cremated and we have no autopsy
