Drinking fluoride is the dumbest thing ever for protecting your teeth. Buy toothpaste with fluoride and don't swallow it because if you swallow it it's nothing but poison and not good for you at all so putting it in your water is retarded. But seriously don't go to hippie and get non-fluoride toothpaste because then you'll get cavities and I say that from experience.
