It's this simple. With the correct diet we can eat and hardly ever get sick, we can also sleep like 5 hours a night if we take out sugar, caffeine and these terrible preservatives. Including tobacco and meat. Do as you wish I am only speaking about the truth, I still eat meat, for now.

It's sad how ignorant everyone is, their world is destroyed and all our parents ever talk about is money. What the hell is the point of money if we can't even have clean water to drink.
