Not only bought and paid for by the corporations but protected by them too. After what she did to Stan Lee and Peter Paul she should have probably been serving time in prison but managed to weasel her way out of it. It just goes to show what kind of a woman she is and how ruthless she can be. She would have of course known that all this was against regulations but must have known she could get away with it too.
