So I just read this, and i need an adult. Even though this is laymans terms, i would like the goats' opinions and possibly elaboration. (i.e. tell me if its bullshit)

This also touches on fiat currency, the federal reserve being bullshit (and theyve known it since 1938), the continental united states versus the federal united states, and the fact that our country is owned by global banksters. A very fitting cocktail for this sub :)

Also of note, i remember in high school i was told congressmen had immunity from things like traffic tickets. I have no clue the reason, but something "clicked" when i read the unabridged version of the transcribed UCC lecture that follows. Not sure if just coincidence or if UCC is the actual reason they enjoy immunity.

I will link the 3 things of interest here, all from the same guy. His name is Howard Freeman. I dont even really know how i got onto this subject matter, but it seemed very interesting to me.

Also I wonder if this is at all related to the "sovereign citizen" movement. All i knew about the movement was that there are lots of youtube vids of idiots arguing with cops that they are sovereign citizens and not subject to whatever law the cop was trying to enforce. I never investigated further, but wonder if the movement is based on the UCC and federal/continental united states(es).

The UCC 1-308 is not bullshit but a cover your ass it was originally UCC 1-207 secretly switched to UCC 1-308. Do more research on it other one sided view calling it wrong the links I shared had other law references other than the UCC 1-308. https://lunaticoutpost.com/thread-13851-page-3.html

I can't TLDR this, wish i could. this seems to get you out of any type of "compelled action" crime (seatbelts, taxes, etc where there is no actual victim). Common law is that there must be a victim in order to be a crime, and the UCC thing says that you reserve your common law rights in courts tried under procedural law. (i probably fucked up all the terminology but you get my gist) somehow the fact that we use federal reserve notes instead of gold/silver backed currency makes a loophole, in that you are forced into a contract (to use the notes) and thus the contract is void (you cant use any other types of currency because thats illegal)

this was some from a recommendation to research UCC @Bigz_Sarducci gave in the court thread @crazy_eyes posted earlier. @sanegoatiswear you may find the introductory part with regard to the nation being beholden to banksters interesting.
