TBH the long lens could be foreshortening perspective and she's pointing to the crowds just to the left of the flag. Still very weird at the beginning, though, can't see the flag stripes in any of the phone screens...

Nah, you can see in this other video (thanks to @OzarkMountainGoat) there is nothing but a brick wall behind the stripes. There are groups of cucks either side of the stage, but they care clearly not what Hillary is point at.
