However these are certainly not definitive to me, since I am fully aware that there have been successful probe missions to the moon. These could be photos of the real landing sites, photos of the tracks of various probes, or completely fabricated altogether.
What is conspicuous the lack of third-party verification. Every time the idea is floated of another country's sending a satellite telescope to photograph the lunar sites - there should be 6 abandoned rovers and 6 lunar excursion module bases - the idea is quickly snuffed out and dropped from discussion.
In 2010 China sent a lunar probe called Chang'e 2 which supposedly photographed at least one of the Apollo landing sites, but the images never surfaced.
This should make you wonder by now, it's curious that no other advanced nation has even been able to take a good picture of the Apollo landing sites, let alone send people of their own to walk on the moon as we did. Even Russia, who was ahead of America in the space race, launching the first satellite and supposedly the first man in space, has not been able to send cosmonauts to the moon even with 50 years of technological development. Notice that whatever computer you're using right now has more computing power than anything available during the Apollo missions.
That's all I'll say for now unless you're interested enough to continue.
Yep, every year that goes by without someone else walking on the moon makes it seem all the more preposterous that we did it 6 times in the 60s and 70s.
I've never researched Pearl Harbor so I have no idea. I didn't research Apollo until the past few weeks but it didn't take long to see right through it. Yeah I figure Russia and China and probably Israel and Japan are blackmailing us with the moon thing. Otherwise I think it would have come out by now. Shouldn't be too hard to get a decent picture of the LEM base with a probe or telescope - IF the landings had actually happened.
Yeah it's actually ridiculous. NASA claimed they lost the original footage but like you said, I don't think anyone believe that it wouldn't be locked away safely somewhere for all time if it were authentic.
If you are interested you should watch A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Moon sometime. It's on YouTube and there are other great ones too. Too many angles you can debunk Apollo from but that short film is a good summary/intro that will get you a long way there. I'm trying to get this topic discussed more.
Earth is surrounded by deadly radiation belts (Van Allen belts) that no manned space mission (other than Apollo, allegedly) has ever got within 700 miles of. But we are to believe that Apollo went through them to go the 236,000 miles to the moon.
Right, NASA admits the Van Allen belts are an obstacle for a mission to Mars. Also, deadly radiation is plentiful once you get to the other side of them. So there's serious doubt that film photography would even be possible on the moon.
NASA also admits lunar dust is a huge issue that we don't have the technology to deal with yet.

You would be correct and NASA has some photographs that are supposedly from the moon landing sites (http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/news/apollo-sites.html)).

Early 2000 feature phones had more power ;-)

I'm surprised that China didn't try to prove the US faked it or not. Russia is collaborating and Japan is being polite for what ever reason.
The moon landing and area 51 have always been my target for curiosity.
Pearl Harbor was an obvious -- lie to get into the Pacific war.

NASA is so full of shit, people have no idea.

Think about all the universe seeing telescopes spread across the globe ... Not one focused on the moon?
It's easy enough to prove either way ....
Makes you wonder doesn't it!

It's my understanding that we have telescopes more powerful than Hubble here on earth. As you say it shouldn't be hard to prove.
And if it were real, the original footage wouldn't have been destroyed and so many original pictures disappear from the official record.

That much has gone missing!?! Especially considering that this was a huge achievement for man!

I try to track that video down.
I've never heard of the tradition belts before. that would mean the Mars mission is already a no go.

So why don't you guys just use the technology you used with 100% success rate 6 times 50 years ago????? Doesn't add up at all. We didn't go. :(

The radiation would explain why film would be spoiled possibly too.
I remember a movie called Capricorn One. Basic premise was that the moon landing was all staged.
Lunar dust too? Jez
I'd be nice if we did though.
