The best warriors have no family, no tribe, no community they can call home. Warriors to be hated and abandoned by their own mothers for being the wrong gender, exiled from their communities for being part of the patriarchy which makes them vulnerable to joining gangs and militant groups. Perfect warriors for the army, to leave their birthplace behind, travel anywhere, mercylessly kill any target their masters chose, and never have any desire to return. A fire and forget army that can remain deployed indefinitely, and no one from the homeland will morn for the death of these soldiers. Although a strong father figure can counter this desire, a young male being malnourished while young, suffering from inbred heritage, and partialy retarted will negate any influence a father figure would have.

Couple this with how high both Arabs and blacks are inbred in the middle east and the american ghettos, the violence we are seeing from schenophrenic delusions and the gangs that form out of nothing are demonstrating that these ghettos and arab regions are ready to be recuited into an army, go forth, and conquer. Which would also explaign why ISIS is recruiting from these areas so easily. a warrior ready and eagar to fight, but never given any orders, seeks out anyone who will give them a purpose in life, and targets to kill and vent their anger at a life that hates them because they were born.

This took decades to construct, i don't know where to begin to unravel this problem.
