This keeps happening to me. Basically the account has been downvoted into account restrictions, which should still let me post 3 submissions every 24 hours, but as you can see the last time the account posted a submission was 4 days ago yet it's still saying I can only post 3 submissions every 24 hours. I should be able to submit but the account has been permanently disabled from be able to do so. No warning or explanation given and this is like the 17th account to be shut down like this.
