I suspect that the democrats have figured out the Republican game: Impeach Clinton the moment after she is sworn in. The president cannot pardon themselves after all.

So now the obama and the dems are in a panic. they have to get clinton off the hook. So they will "arrest her", then obama will "pardon her" immediately.

Now the good news: Almost every republican in congress is a former prosecutor. So they may not be able to get her for the emails, but chances are real good that they can get her for foreign corrupt practices act.

There are too many instances for her to be pardoned from them all, and most of these countries do not have a statute of limitations on corruption.
