People who have been researching Secret Space Program/UFOs/Mars/Exopolitics/etc: what have you found? (Conspiracy)

Note: I posted this on r/conspiracy but wanted to share the the topic here since some people may not lurk in that subreddit.

After I was given a few things by another redditer on the ex-Vatican translator, I have come across a few videos on UFOs sightings, the CIA & the cover up/disinfo of UFOs, and the U.S. government Black budget.

I would like to know, what you guys have found over time on the different subjects? What you have concluded so far? If you're able to, could you list good sources and disinfo sources to watch for?

2:Some types of ETs have been augmenting our genome for hundreds of thousands of years.

3:Some ETs have DNA that is very similar to our own.

4:Some ETs periodically and methodically abduct humans and carry out medical examinations/procedures on them.

5:ETs don't mind lying to us.
