Nobody is going to touch Hillary with a 10ft pole. Partly because they can't and partly because nobody wants to end up stuffed in a suitcase.
Trump isn't going to do a damn thing. I 100% promise you. And anything he "does" is going to be pure theater.
If he gets elected and she actually steps foot inside of a prison, I'll eat my crow and ask for seconds, but right now you don't have near the amount of evidence to convince me that you need.
I can sort of see the rationale of not bothering with her after she loses. She's done by that point, and obsessing over her would be counter-productive to establishing your own identity as POTUS.
It depends on whether he'll feel the need to fire warning shots at the remnants of her power network. Hillary is nigh untouchable, because even if you manage to bring charges, she's clearly got some crazy health issues that will keep her from facing court time, let alone jail time. But starting an investigation may be enough to send her ex-conspirators scuttling back down their rat holes.
