No he will appoint a new FBI head and AG and say "get her". She was never tried so there is no double jeopardy. Comey admitted when Gowdy grilled him that she broke the law and committed perjury. The DOJ didn't charge her. A new AG would and have no problem doing so. Don't be moron. Look it up.
