Trump has been a very pro NSA candidate. He has talked about expanding their powers, bringing back water boarding, and other things that the intelligence community would like.

HRC most likely compromised the state department, national secrets, and her own foundation with her stupid emails.

Right now Russia is being blamed, but no one knows who is doing it.

I suspect that the real culprits may in fact be our own intelligence outfits. They are doing these leaks for several reasons:

1: they can get rid of wikileaks once and for all, and in fact obama is now moving to do so.

2: They can ensure they get a president and congressmen that will fund them.

3: Trump seems to understand who the real enemies are, and is not politically motivated to hold back on them.
