The fact that they cut off the feed is the most telling part..
If it was some thing explainable, or mundane, they would have just kept the feed going and told people "It was just a meteorite" or some thing..
Cutting off the feed tells us that it is some thing that NASA didn't want any one to see..
And you can damn well bet that NASA has access to MUCH higher resolution video.. What ever they saw in their high-resolution cameras made them want to shut-down even the low-resolution ones as well..
