The title got me somewhat worried so I read the entire article thinking that there would be a subsection at the bottom allowing U.S. Military Forces to operate in the United States.

I have to admit that I released a sigh of relief when I didn't find it. I do want to thank the OP though, sometimes a good scare is just what I need!
