Ok i few years ago i heard a conspiracy i had never heard before i might have heard it on Coast to Coast am or another radio show this is what they talk about .They said in 90 or 91 some record executives got together in a house in L.A to talk about investing money into the private Prison industry . By investing in the prison system they in turn would heavily promote Rap music with bad influences to make sure they could fill up the prisons . Did anybody else hear this story ? David Geffen is worth 7 Billion dollars i bet he invested in the private Prison system .

I've heard this story before. I must say, looking back on the last twenty years. It has some collaborating evidence that it may have happened. At least from looking at the evolution from hip hop to gangsta rap.

Well hindsight is 20/20 as they say.
The glorification of crime and the ghetto lifestyle certainly influences kids while they're developing. Whether this is an intentional strategy can not be determined without evidence.
IIRC the whole story was posted by a guy who could not provide anything more than his own tale in a meeting that may or may not happened.

Well it does make you think .

I certainly agree. I would love to see an in depth study into the history and evolution of rap music with keeping this subject in mind.

You don't have to encourage niggers to crime. Crime goes hand in hand with low IQ/weak impulse control/high testosterone.
