I've seen enough back-and-forth on the "Hillary was fired" thing to be skeptical about it, but there's something that's far more fascinating about this - she was serving on the committee investigating President Nixon's actions in withholding or deleting records

One of her first fucking jobs as an attorney was to dig into federal law regarding retention of official records. So her email server wasn't "reckless" - she did it with expert knowledge of the laws she was circumventing.

Polk confirmed Clinton wrote a brief arguing Nixon should not be granted legal counsel due to a lack of precedent. But Clinton deliberately ignored the then-recent case of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who was allowed to have a lawyer during the impeachment attempt against him in 1970.

Moreover, Zeifman claims Clinton bolstered her fraudulent brief by removing all of the Douglas files from public access and storing them at her office, enabling her to argue as if the case never existed.

Maybe someone else removed all the briefs. Then, since she never saw them, young Ms. Rodham didn't know to cite to them, all in good faith. /s
