Probable cause is already getting pretty ambiguous. There was a suprime court case not long ago that strated out of utah, that has the potential to change what is needed for a legal search to be performed.
"A federal judge for the Eastern District of Virginia has ruled that the user of any computer that connects to the Internet should not have an expectation of privacy because computer security is ineffectual at stopping hackers."
By this logic nothing is private, as your homes windows, door locks, lack of adamantium walls, roof, and floor do little to prevent a dedicated burglar. Is there some sort of process to remove idiot judges?

This is a dangerous precedent...
...
So on this pretense, because my home is not "immune from invasion" from the local PD, do I now have anymore expectation of privacy?
