Methamphetamine is a type of amphetamine, but its wayyyyyy more powerful than what they prescribe would normally prescribe for ADD (though it does happen). However, there is literal "medical-meth," called Desoxyn among other names.
They supposedly use it to treat obesity, which I can only imagine is insanely effective, regardless of the brain-melting effects it has.
yes that is correct, I was a bit bold with my statement lol. what I was trying to get at was that the government has no problem giving people these substances which produce similar effects as substances on the street. shooting a Oxycodone 30mg is roughly the same as shooting heroin, not quite as potent depending on the dose, but you see what I mean.
meth is absolutely more powerful than what they would give children, but it still produces the similar effects of insomnia, detachment, and stunted growth. I know someone who was on those meds his whole childhood, as soon as he stopped taking them he was so much happier.
