...to take an NSA approach to the law?
What if I decide that I, as an individual, have "secret interpretations" of federal and local laws? I could neither confirm nor deny that these interpretations allow me to do things that are legally and constitutionally prohibited, because they're secret. But hey, regardless I'm following the law as I secretly interpret it so law enforcement can fuck off.
I wonder how expensive of a lawyer I'd need for this defense to hold up in court?

There is a movement like this in the US. Don't remember what they are called, but basically they refuse to recognize federal law. Ironically they spend an awful amount of time in court.
