Moderating Conspiracy on Voat? (Conspiracy)

Has anyone been thinking on some longer term plans for moderating /v/Conspiracy? I feel like voat might just become a redundant Reddit and will fall into the same traps.

I think you must not be able to do both or have modded at the equivalent reddit sub. It doesn't seem right to allow this.
