I'm not saying I agree with their actions, but he was a complete noob being trolled and letting his emotions get the better of him. He was asked to stand down, and did not. Then starts sending shit like this...it's not a good combination.
Edit - If you're going to go that far down the rabbit hole, you have to be prepared. This is exactly why Federal agents and other SpecOps groups go through not only the physical, but mental training that they do as well so as to weed out the weak like this one.

This seems to have been misconstrued as a personal threat against them, of violence? I would have read it more like this is going to blow up in your face, you'll have blood on your hands, get fired, etc' kind of thing.
I don't disagree. Context is important though, and he became a pain in the ass to them. Imagine a try-hard hall monitor dork in high school thinking he's going to infiltrate the local drug trade and make a name for himself...something like that, as poor as the analogy is.
