The short answer is all new musicians must achieve heights above the classical composers. Non whites have been trained to play instruments very well, but they lack any creativity to come close to Europeans way before them.
In today's Clown world, "also rans", are used to participation medals and do not have the creativity to enter the same race as those before them. There aren't any contemporary composers who rank as high, they don't complain.
In order to allow non whites to achieve greatness means destroying all remnants of white classical music. Now that's a huge ask. I don't think it's possible, but won't stop the far left from trying just that.
