What comes to mind is that he says all his remote viewers remote viewed a future event he called "the kill shot" which was a catastrophic solar flare event that would happen some time in the future. He said he couldn't date when it will be, but the viewers could place an event before the "kill shot" happens. That event was a nuclear bomb event on the Korean peninsula, :fired in anger. I don't actually view him as a psychic as much as i view him as a career military intel/CIA insider. At the time i heard him on Coast to Coast AM he had moved to UKRAINE. This was not long before the conflict/coup broke out there. Odd coincidence for a career military intel/CIA character to have, huh? Ok the suspicion that this new info on NK brings to my mind is that this may all be a planned set up to kick off the "mass extinction event" Q references. And the answer to his question "who controls NK" seems obvious to me. The Jesuits/Vatican have had their greasy little fingers in the Royal Courts throughout Asia for many centuries. That probably translates in the modern sense to "bloodlines" instead of "Royal Courts."
Check out connections between Otto Warmbier, the college student who was sentenced to 15 years hard labor in NK. The entire story seems fabricated as a CIA psyop to prevent anyone in the USA from wanting to travel there and to PROMOTE fear. The entire story is very, very fishy.
