My dad has a stage 4 gioblastoma. He was diagnosed a year and a half ago. Last year he got his medical card in Michigan and smoked periodically for pain relief (awful headaches) which allowed him to not use opioids.
He was given a 10% chance to make it one year. He also got radiation and chemo though so idk which one helped the most. He had a second surgery this year and is on chemo again to try to get rid of the last of it.
I'm not convinced he will survive all of this for another year though, bc I think he hasn't been talking about the mri results....
He doesn't like smoking it bc he doesn't like to be stoned. Does anyone know where he can go in northern Michigan to get this non psychoactive oil so he can take it? The way I see it is that it can't hurt to try it.

Look for CBD oil. In my state pot is still illegal but you can buy CBD concentrates over the counter. Since it doesn't have THC in it, it shouldn't make him feel stoned. For the best deal you want to find the highest concentration of CBD. Some products are diluted so much that the dose is ineffective.
Your dad needs THC concentrated cannabis oils which is completely legal in your state.
You can make it yourself with MEDICAL GRADE Cannabis. OR some of the dispensaries might have the THC OIL. It was originally called "Rick Simpson Oil" because that is the man who created and made it known in modernity.
