3. pass a GED (usually a dumbed down high school exit exam, that I would use as a high school entrance exam.)

High school students must:

1. complete an associates degree (in your field; none of this core curricilum stuff) at a community college,

2. demonstrate 2 years of solid work experience,

3. have apropriate certifications in their field, and

4. finish military baisc training.

5. still be morally straight.

Then they get a full time job. After:

1. holding the same full time job for 1 year,

2. still being militarily ready, and

3. still being morally straight,

then they can vote, get married, etc.

Stop thinking about kids.
