Any doctors or "medical professionals" out here who may speak to the regular ingestion of quinine?
I've heard that the amount of quinine in tonic water is too low to have any benefits. Is this true?
Will quinine, when taken with zinc, really supply some benefit to fighting off colds and coronaviruses?
And should quinine be taken every day?
