On average, probably.

Not enough of them have been accurately tested to be certain, but all current data and observations indicate that average IQ on the African continent is pretty low.

Africa has been studied to death. Its true. IQ 70 is charitable.

Its accurate. Many of these nations have been tested over 50 times each in 50 papers each.

The lower the IQ score, the more accurate, from constant retesting and curiosity.

Even a little island of puerto rico (an american island of shit skin natives) has been tested a hundred times out of amazement and shock.
