If I have a friend that wants to join voat, what are the rules ?

Joining voat is easy. Just go to v/QRV and ask an anonymous user for a decode, like this one: https://voat.co/v/QRV/3280914/19209497

I am already a voat user, I just would like to have other friends join
Anyway, whatever, eventually we will have a clear instruction set to follow
