Walking jogging running cycling whatever you’re comfortable with. You don’t necessarily have to lift weights but it’s good. Look at Nigerian runners. They don’t lift, maybe shoplift but nothing heavy. Lol.
Real US history
Economics and then data collection
Free lawn care for seniors. Just a few, this is a hobby. Spend some time with them and ask them their history. You never know what you might learn
Get a 4000 or 5000 piece puzzle and put it together. You’ll feel like master of the universe afterwards. I’ve only done it once because it consumed a lot of time and I wanted to jump off a cliff during. But still rewarding
Have a grill or smoker? Practice smoking a pork butt every weekend. To the point of doing it in your sleep and your dreaming about it. Take the leftovers to work, even if you work at a mosque. Get their feedback. When they start asking for your pulled pork sandwiches, is telling you you have mastered the pork shoulder
Fishing. friends have found it to be their passion. I’d rather sit and listen to a baseball game on the radio
Learn to sew. I know, I know but it is a skill. You don’t have to be a chick to reupholster a car seat, couch, chair etc.
Hand writing or calligraphy. A buddy of mine sends out hand written Christmas cards in calligraphy every year. Very rare for someone to do that. I believe his great aunt survived the titanic. Will share another time
Hunting, fishing, hiking or backpacking, home brewing or mead making, photography (although it can be expensive) leather working, weight lifting or mma, gardening. You can also make money off a few of these.
Woodworking and basic carpentry are great useful skills to have. Let's you confidently fix most cosmetic issues around your house and also lends itself to the more technical trades.
No, you're misunderstanding. We are here because people took the time to sit and think, which is how civilizations developed.
I'm not saying we were dependent on those ancestors that sat in those rooms. I'm saying that we are where we are because people sat with lengthy leisure time and though about things, which is what afforded us efficiency like we experience today, which gives us the leisure time to do these things.
I guess I worded that poorly before. But, what I was intending to get at but failed to do the first time, was that taking time to sit and think is also important, not that one group was more important than the other. That's a fruitless dispute, anyway, considering how both groups simultaneously are the other group.
I recently got a machete that's covered in rust and am restoring it, maybe give it a mirror finish, haven't decided yet. I'm also restoring an old Royal typewriter. But, with all the parts, I'm taking my time with that one.
Just look to build something. Create. You don’t need a shop start small. Tinker, learn. Really just assign yourself a project. You don’t have to cast out things you enjoy like weed and games. Just use them as a reward for accomplishing your goals.

Cycling is for faggots. Real men hunt, shoot, ride dirt bikes, and work on shit.

Ballroom dancing. It requires stamina, grace, manners, leadership, and being able to dress like a gentleman (no salmon jeans!).

Study logic and read philosophy. The brain is a muscle. Use it or lose it. Also, muscles are like muscles. Hit the gym.

Get a dirt bike or dual sport bike and go on long trail rides. It's great exercise and super fun.

I recently took up kayaking. It's amazing. Nothing but white people and nature. Plus, it's as physical as you want it to be.

Another vote for hunting and fishing. Also woodworking, hiking, cycling, all things outdoors. Don't die an air conditioned gay faggot.

See, you say that, but few, if any of us, would have the time for leisure if not afforded to our ancestors who sat in those air conditioned rooms.

Civilization exist because of hunter-gathers having leisure time, brah.
