Meditate first thing in the morning, even if it's just for a few minutes. Do it how you want: while stretching; sitting in an armchair; yoga.

Focus on yourself, what you need to do that day and the challenges you might meet.

It really helps to expel intrinsic thoughts you might have had otherwise throughout the day.
