I saw something someone as trying to get goin on one of the chans, called it a "walk".
The idea being "go for a walk to your local library today wearing a white shirt"
If you see someone else in a white shirt, strike up a convo. They might be a normie, they might be an Anon. Either way just be cool and socialize, if you meet like minded individuals, great. It's working.
The attire suggestions changed occasionally, but always something that gave plausible deniability.
Not every dude walking around the library or park with a white shirt on is an ebil nazi.
If we want to create these groups without being identified, you have to apply some tradecraft.
