I've heard about it in the past and it sounds interesting. From what I can find (outside of watching a 4 hour YT video), it was some sort of insurance scam carried out by swapping the Titanic with a Damaged ship? And they fucked up the rescue somehow?
Anyone have any evidence or a proper description of the conspiracy? Was the titanic the USS Liberty of that generation?
Genuinely interested.

Used to be. Childhood was fun.
As for the Fed/sinking nonsense, there’s nothing hard to say about it. I’ve not found any writing from ✡Strauss✡ or ✡Guggenheim✡ that they were against the Federal Reserve or the concepts thereof. Nor from Astor. Captain Smith wouldn’t have been in on any of this, and it’s not possible to have towed an iceberg into the path of the ship, nor would it have been necessary since there was ice far further south than normal that year. The only possible angle of conspiracy is if Robert Hichens was paid to disobey orders and smash into an iceberg. Any evidence of that?
Of course there’s also the unrelated nonsense with swapping Olympic and Titanic in dry dock for insurance purposes, but the promenade deck was designed differently and there’s no record of alterations being made to Olympic after the patch-up.

I am sorry I was off my brain meds when I posted that. I had a taco bell burrito in my underwear and I thought it was a woman, I was not my self 45 minutes ago. Luckly I did eat the burrito after I made love to it and finished in the beans. Mom had hid my pills in the burrito so I am thinking much clearer now. But I have this weird taste in my mouth.
