Can someone explain the conspiracy between the sinking of the Titanic and the creation of the Federal Reserve? (AskVoat)

I've heard about it in the past and it sounds interesting. From what I can find (outside of watching a 4 hour YT video), it was some sort of insurance scam carried out by swapping the Titanic with a Damaged ship? And they fucked up the rescue somehow?

Anyone have any evidence or a proper description of the conspiracy? Was the titanic the USS Liberty of that generation?

John Astor, who opposed JP Morgan and creation of Fed, was ironically on the Titanic and died the night it sank. Other prominent businessmen who opposed Morgan were also on the Titanic and died that night.
