Can someone explain the conspiracy between the sinking of the Titanic and the creation of the Federal Reserve? (AskVoat)

I've heard about it in the past and it sounds interesting. From what I can find (outside of watching a 4 hour YT video), it was some sort of insurance scam carried out by swapping the Titanic with a Damaged ship? And they fucked up the rescue somehow?

Anyone have any evidence or a proper description of the conspiracy? Was the titanic the USS Liberty of that generation?

There was a popular meme going around a few years ago claiming that several Titanic victims were industry titans who opposed the formation of the Federal Reserve, but I have never seen evidence that they actually did oppose it. Just images going around and blogs based on seeing those images.
