Can someone explain the conspiracy between the sinking of the Titanic and the creation of the Federal Reserve? (AskVoat)

I've heard about it in the past and it sounds interesting. From what I can find (outside of watching a 4 hour YT video), it was some sort of insurance scam carried out by swapping the Titanic with a Damaged ship? And they fucked up the rescue somehow?

Anyone have any evidence or a proper description of the conspiracy? Was the titanic the USS Liberty of that generation?

You can list this name, it's was literally J.P Morgan. - aka owner of J. P Morgan Chase, current largest U.S bank and major proponents of the federal reserve.
