Just using something like Paint to Save a copy of the IMG should work. Basic IMG programs like Paint don't support that data. So they Can't save that data. Make sure you upload that copy to the IMG host of choice
I'm not sure about that one. I rarely take a screenshot of my phone. It probably varies from phone to phone, app to app. You can probably find an option to View EXIF data. Like I select and hold down on an image to get options. I doubt a screenshot contains EXIF though.

I thought that might be an easier way to remove the exif. I’ve done it before but didn’t know for sure.
