In case you guys didn't already know. HPOP was the moderator of the Matt Leblanc subverse. Matt Leblanc, during his tenure as host/co-host of Top Gear told viewers to check out his fan club on voat.co

I haven't seen the Top Gear episode in question but it appears that that HPOP and Matt Leblanc know each other and/or Matt Leblanc is HPOP
