Can't say that I remember that video being glitchy or not, but what I did notice watching this 11/22 video is that Alefantis makes a point to open the apparent rear door of the "kid's party room".
I think I remember it being so. But not 100%. There is a cut where it starts. That could mean Three/Four thing in my experience! 1.The camera was dropped or damaged and then used again. 2. The cameraman changed to a new but damaged cassette/memory card (more likely if cassette). 3. Coming close to the building the camera is disturbed by a strong constant signal of some sort. (!?) In this last case it's probably not either a mobile phone or WiFi. Iv'e been a cameraman for over 30 years and would say that all above can cause this kind of effect/disturbance.

Is this the same "rear door" that was recorded on 12/8 as a man and 5 kids exited and ran away?.
