I imagine Argentina was pretty based since they accuse them of harboring Hitler and his evil Nazis after the war. This misrepresentation looks intentional.
I appreciate the compliment, but you're giving us too much credit. There are two myths surrounding us on the internet. One is "Argentina = nazi am i rite guise??!!??" and the other one is "omg they were actually white"
Harboring the nazis was something a specific regime (the peronist regime) did, unbeknownst to the general public. Ironically, that regime's legacy ended up being taken over by the left, so an average peronist today would vote for the same candidate that created the "Ministry of women, diversity and inclusion" (actual name, not a joke), would support the existence of the INADI (a state-run "anti-discrimination" institute which can impose fines for "hate speech").
Nowadays "peronist" is an umbrella term for the old-school, lazy-ass, labor union/public employee/football hooligan corrupt fatsos, the "spic" (if you will, we call them niggers around here but they're Hispanic) welfare leeches with a dozen "blessings" who all need feeding and the SJW idiots who don't know who Perón really was.
We're not "white". There is lots of variety (trying to avoid the word diversity here). We used to be whiter as a nation, and there are plenty of us who are indeed boob-white. But if you go to the north of the country you'll find plenty of Argentinians who have always been closer to Bolivians in their ethnicity, and here in the city, the immigration-fueled browning is overtly clear. Our people collectively voted for diversity, inclusion, LGBT, a state-run economy, terrorists, etc. We're less politically correct than America in many ways, though, but we're far from based.
Edit: I found a video of someone who looks like an average Argentinian (at least where I live). Her face just gives away her nationality (and so do her mannerisms). She kind of looks like someone one would know.
