Loli art is a distraction tactic. It's to pull attention away from the (((people))) fucking actual kids by talking about something similar but unrelated. It's also unfeasible to try to stop it since anyone can draw anything at any given time. And I'm not outlawing paper and pencils and pens and all that shit because someone might do something distasteful with it.
