It looks as legit as it can be at this point. It'll be fox tonight in fact, becoming more visible. As many are pointing out this isn't a slam dunk. In fact 1 Billion itself is really much to low. Many estimates I've seen are in the 7-17 billion ballpark.
But it's about more than the wall. If we are denied this and even ripped off over it imagine the outrage. The angrier the people get the closer to the reckoning we come.
